After the success of Taqueria Los Hermanos, the brothers: Miguel, Roel, and Raul return to their Italian kitchen roots and alongside their family, open Le Sorelle to showcase their incredible Italian cooking talents. During the 80's and 90's, the brothers worked in very well-known Italian restaurants throughout California, learning under master Italian chefs, and thus creating a style of their own. Le Sorelle, which translates to "the sisters", honors the amazing and powerful women in their family, women who made this dream possible.
